The Leadership Mandate: Driving Innovation

Are you and your organization ready to execute a competitive edge through strategic innovation? Do you and your team have the critical skills needed to take new ideas to the next level of impact? So many in education and practice have not accumulated the knowledge and skills to bring innovation to successful fruition. If you answered NO to these questions then this conference and skills workshop is for you. If you can imagine it, it can be done with the accumulation of experiences you will have at the Nurse Trust Summit, 2024: The Leadership Mandate: Driving Innovation.

Hear from national innovators in the health care space as to their experiences and outcomes that are making significant differences in the industry, how they worked through the challenges, and what new innovations you can think about to extend the revolution of health.

Will you be the next innovator in your organization and in health care? Participate in a 4-hour innovation skills workshop within the Summit with your one big new thing that needs to be accomplished and walk away ready to execute! The Sonsiel Organization will be facilitating the workshop by working with you to take you where you need to go to be successful. Bring your team for a richer experience as you learn together through a Hack-a Thon experience to create the competitive edge. More details included in the agenda below.

Participants work in teams, usually over a fixed period ranging from a few hours (at the Summit) to a few days (as you continue to work forward), to create new workflows, software applications, hardware devices, or policy solutions. Very few have had the opportunity to experience a Hack-a Thon- but when you leave you will be inspired to continue your work in an effective manner.  You may even seek a fellowship opportunity in Innovation!
